What is SYNTRA LABS?
A laboratory that sells research compounds (peptides) with a certificate of analysis per batch: purity verified by HPLC and identity by mass spectrometry.
Are the products medicines?
No. They are for laboratory research and analytical development only. They are not approved for human or animal use, and they are not sold to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
How do I know a batch is pure?
Each batch is published only once its certificate of analysis exists. The number printed on the vial corresponds to that document, available on our Quality page.
Where do you ship?
We ship internationally. The delivery time is confirmed when the order is placed, according to the destination.
How do I pay?
With USDT on the TRON network, which confirms in about a minute, or with Zelle within the United States, which we confirm by hand in 24 to 48 business hours. The order is paid in full when it is confirmed: if the compound is not in stock, that payment is a reservation that sets aside your unit and commits delivery within a maximum of 30 days.
Do you accept returns or refunds?
No. All sales are final. See the Refund policy.
Do I need an account to buy?
Not to confirm an order, but with an account you keep track of your order history and, after the first purchase, the reconstitution calculator and the per-compound protocols become available.
What does the reconstitution calculator do?
It turns the lyophilised vial and the volume of diluent into the exact mark to draw on the syringe, according to the dose being sought.
