Made to order
Blend of ipamorelin and modified fragment 1-29 of GHRH
Ipamorelin + CJC-1295 (sin DAC) 10 mg
The classic pair of the somatotropic axis in a single vial. They act on two different receptors of the same pituitary cell: one opens the gate and the other pushes. The joint result exceeds the sum of each alone.

How it works
- Ipamorelin activates the secretagogue receptor, the same one ghrelin uses.
- The GHRH fragment activates its own receptor in the anterior pituitary.
- Activating both receptors at once produces a larger GH pulse than either alone.
- The pulsatile pattern and physiological feedback are preserved.
Qué dice la evidencia
- Characterisation of the first selective GH secretagogue.
- Sustained stimulation of GH and IGF-1 with modified GHRH analogues.
Route described in the studies
- Route
- Subcutaneous, while fasting. Avoid carbohydrates 2 h before and 30 min after.
- Preparation
- Reconstitute with BAC WATER without shaking. The dose is for the total: 200 mcg supplies 100 mcg of each component, the saturating dose for both.
- Application site
- Alternate the site with each application.
Documented effects
- Transient facial flushing from the GHRH component
- Drowsiness after a night-time application
- Mild fluid retention
When it is not used
- Active neoplasia
- Proliferative diabetic retinopathy
- Pregnancy and breastfeeding
Storage
- Lyophilised
- 2 to 8 °C protected from light. Stable up to 24 months unopened.
- Reconstituted
- 2 to 8 °C. Use within 30 days.
- Shipping
- Stable at ambient temperature in lyophilized form during shipping.
Preguntas frecuentes
Why 200 mcg and not more?
In a 1:1 vial, 200 mcg of blend delivers 100 mcg of each component, which is where both saturate their receptor. Raising the dose does not increase the pulse.
