Returns and refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns and we do not issue refunds for orders already confirmed.

Why

Research compounds are sensitive to handling and are sold for a single intended use in research: once a batch leaves our control we cannot verify how it was stored or handled, and receiving it back does not allow us to resell it with the same guarantee of purity it left with. For that reason no returns of any kind are accepted, whether the packaging is opened or sealed.

The reservation

Payment for an order sets aside the unit and starts either its preparation or its reservation in the next restock: once confirmed, it is non-refundable.

If something arrived wrong

If an order arrived damaged in transit or does not match what was ordered, write to us through the contact form with photos of the batch and the packaging: we review each case, although this policy does not promise a refund or a replacement.
