What each test measures

Purity by HPLC: Liquid chromatography separates the compound from everything that accompanies it. Purity is the area of the main peak against all peptide peaks, measured at 214 nm.
Identity: The time the compound takes to leave the column is compared with a reference standard of the same compound. If it matches, it is the one on the label.
Net content: How many milligrams of peptide are in the vial. It is reported without a specification: a figure, not a pass/fail test.
Fentanyl screen: An immunoassay with a 50 ng/mL cutoff rules out fentanyl in the sample.
