Made to order
Fragment 176-191 of human growth hormone
HGH Fragment 176-191 5 mg
The last sixteen amino acids of growth hormone, the region responsible for fat mobilisation. Without the rest of the molecule, it does not activate the GH receptor or raise IGF-1.

How it works
- Stimulates lipolysis in the adipocyte through a GH-receptor-independent pathway.
- Inhibits lipogenesis in experimental models.
- Does not affect blood glucose or IGF-1 levels.
Qué dice la evidencia
- Characterisation of the synthetic lipolytic domain of human growth hormone.
Route described in the studies
- Route
- Subcutaneous, while fasting.
- Preparation
- This compound does NOT dissolve properly in BAC WATER: it needs dilute acetic acid. Add the acid first until fully dissolved, then top up with BAC WATER if the protocol calls for it.
- Application site
- Alternate the site with each application.
Documented effects
- Local discomfort, more marked because of the acidic diluent
- Transient redness at the application site
When it is not used
- Pregnancy and breastfeeding, no data available
Storage
- Lyophilised
- 2 to 8 °C protected from light. Stable up to 24 months unopened.
- Reconstituted
- 2 to 8 °C. Use within 30 days.
- Shipping
- Stable at ambient temperature in lyophilized form during shipping.
Preguntas frecuentes
Why acetic acid and not BAC WATER?
The fragment is poorly soluble at neutral pH. Dilute acetic acid dissolves it completely; with water alone, undissolved particles remain and the actual dose stops being the calculated one.
