- Preparation
- Reconstitute with BAC WATER without shaking. The volumes at the first steps are very small: a 0.3 ml syringe is recommended.
- Application site
- Rotate the site week to week.

Why the 0.3 ml syringe?
At the first step the volume is around 0.1 ml. In a 1 ml syringe that amount takes up a tenth of the scale; in a 0.3 ml one it takes a third, and the reading error drops.
